Oakham Office Development

Construction of nine high specification office units developed on a greenfield site in Oakham.

Varying structural solutions were adopted for the individual units and comprised a mix of load bearing masonry, steel framework and timber framing, each chosen to achieve the architectural concept suitable for rural setting.

Our brief extended to the detailed design of external hardened surfacing and sub-surface drainage, with car parking areas designed using permeable block paving to limit stormwater discharge from the development to equivalent greenfield conditions to a nearby watercourse.
