Structural and Condition Assessments

We carry out inspections of existing pavement construction to either establish the residual load carrying capacity or to identify surface defects. Our reporting includes recommendations for the remedial measures necessary to prolong the life of the pavement before major intervention is required.

It is important to adopt the appropriate design parameters for the loading conditions imposed on a structural pavement. Our design experience encompasses usage from lightly used car parking areas through to heavy duty pavements necessary where large loads from reach stackers and stacked containers exist.
