Flood Risk Assessment (FRAs)
A flood risk assessment report is required to support a planning application and categorises the risk of the development being affected by flooding. The report also sets out a drainage strategy for the development designed to minimise impact on downstream drainage systems. Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems Design
SUDS are generally a means of managing surface water runoff from developments with the objective of minimising the risk of flooding downstream of the site in combination with improving the quality of discharged water.

Detailed and Strategic Drainage Design
Our design services relate to all types of development and cover new sewer networks including attenuation systems and pumping stations. The drainage modelling uses the latest design software, which is compatible with the requirements of the water companies and Environment Agency thereby easing the consultation process in gaining approvals. Further services include for the design of land drainage systems, as well as the surveying and assessment of existing drainage infrastructure.
