Since the Party Wall etc Act 1996, became Statute, we have regularly acted for a variety of clients as Party Wall Surveyors.

If you are proposing to undertake building works within 6 m of your neighbour, the Act may apply. We will be pleased to advise if the act applies to a particular situation and of course if it does act on your behalf.

CDM Coordinator

Since the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations were first introduced in 1994, we have acted as planning supervisors (now CDM coordinator under the 2007 regulations) on a large number and variety of projects.
CDM Coordinators are responsible for advising and assisting Clients to comply with their duties under the regulations, in particular to ensure the project is properly managed and that competent Designers and Contractors are appointed.
